What is Outcome?

Outcome is fully self-funded. There are no VCs, no private allocations, and no preferential deals. Committed capital on-chain and in public, and built in the open alongside the traders who actually use these markets.

While waiting for HIP-4 to be deployed, Outcome has temporarily moved execution to Arbitrum. HyperEVM is not designed for high-throughput, CLOB-based systems, and as usage grew Outcome began to meaningfully stress its capacity.

Why run this campaign?

Outcome is entering a critical window: HIP-4 deployment, the migration back from Arbitrum to Hyperliquid, and a prediction market sector accelerating past $50B in annual volume. Awareness has to be built before mainnet, not after.

This 90-day campaign exists to convert that timing into measurable on-chain volume, seed a credible trader base, and position Outcome as the default leveraged prediction market terminal on Hyperliquid before competitors catch up.
